In 2025, the Sparks family stepped into a new season of life. After welcoming their beautiful baby girl, Brent made the decision just two months later to leave his longtime job and start his own business. Built on faith, family, and hard work, the company was created with one goal in mind: providing dependable, honest service to the Midland-Odessa community.

Brent and his wife, Nancy, moved to West Texas from the DFW area in 2016 and are proud to call this area home. They value the strong sense of community and the opportunity to raise their family away from the fast pace of big-city life.

Outside of work, Brent stays active in the local community through music. He plays guitar at church and performs with the local band, Angel and the Badmen.
